Côtes d'Avanos Narince-Chardonnay is produced at the base of Narince and Chardonnay grown on tufa soil Avanos coast vineyards in Cappadocia.
history:
Côtes d'Avanos Narince-Chardonnay is produced at the base of Narince and Chardonnay grown on tufa soil Avanos coast vineyards in Cappadocia. The vines sweats are at an altitude of 950 meters. Large temperature differences between day and night are favorable maturity, acidity and rich aromas of the grapes. Yields are limited to 30 hl / ha. During the harvest the grapes are harvested in the mornings by hand and then processed in the cellars of Kavaklıdere built in a style castle. The grapes are transported via a gravity system, which avoids the use of pumps. The Côtes d'Avanos Narince-Chardonnay is a wine of terroir that has fermented in French oak barrels of 225 liters and remained on the lees for eight months. The production of this wine is limited and all bottles are numbered. The recommended serving temperature is 9 to 10 ° C.
