This rosé Champagne comes from vines placed in Grand Cru d'Ambonnay, Bouzy and Verzy. It embodies the different nuances that a great rosé wine from Champagne can offer: a beautiful minerality and a biting expression of the fruit. It is a jewel that ages on lees for a minimum of 4 years before being offered to you.

The richness of this Grand Cru Rosé from the EGLY-OURIET house comes from the concentration of the wine, but also from a still sensitive aging in barrels (for 40%).
All the champagnes from this house spend at least 3 years in the cellar, before being marketed, which increases their complexity and gives them better aging potential.
The dosages are therefore very low, or even non-existent. The champagnes thus gain in purity and complexity.
