This wine perfectly sums up the excellence of the Egly-Ouriet house. First of all, there is the terroir that gives this wine, the Crayères, an exceptional plot covering several tens of meters of chalk. Then there are old Pinot Noir vines planted in 1946 and which plunge their roots deep to find the minerality, concentration and superb red fruits that mark this cuvée.

Finally, there is a vinification carried out, such as aging, in oak barrels, before a long stay in the cellar and a dosage of 2 grams, so as not to denature the wine. This Blanc de Noirs is a great Champagne, supple, dense, vinous, with lots of fruit and smoky and woody notes. All the critics are unanimous and give it very good marks.
