A blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier, Ayala's Brut Nature is a tasty blend of typical Champagne grape varieties. Characterized by its natural balance – it receives no dosage during disgorgement – this wine expresses itself in all its purity. After aging for 2 to 3 years in the cellar, the Brut Nature cuvée from Maison Ayala rests for at least 3 months after disgorging. This champagne exudes both minerality, finesse, vinosity and complexity. With a beautiful aromatic intensity, the nose expresses citrus notes and iodized touches which bring great freshness to the wine. A blend of restrained power and elegance, very characteristic of Chardonnay, this wine offers a balanced whole between liveliness and purity.
